About Us

Design Fenestration Installation LLC was built on a simple idea: combine decades of hands-on installation expertise with real corporate management and project administration discipline — all under one roof.

DFI is the merger of three professionals with complementary strengths. Ken Capers brings over 20 years of hands-on window and door installation experience, formerly leading Kenstone Inc., a company recognized for quality, dependability, and the ability to handle large-scale projects — including a 3,500-unit impact window/door replacement, one of the largest installation jobs completed in Florida. Sam contributes corporate management and contracting expertise, ensuring every project is run professionally from contract to completion. Jessica brings project management and administrative business acumen, keeping operations organized and customers informed every step of the way.

Together, we formed Design Fenestration Installation LLC to give customers a single team that combines field-tested craftsmanship with the structure and professionalism of a modern company.
